When is the Game Changers/BSU Anniversary?
The Game Changers/BSU Anniversary is scheduled for Sept. 19–20, 2014 on the University of Hartford campus.

What activities are there?
From a welcome reception on Friday, a panel discussion on Saturday morning, a libation ceremony in the afternoon, a dinner dance and reception on Saturday evening, there are lots of activities planned.

What is the dress code for the weekend?
Connecticut weather in the fall is always a little unpredictable, so come prepared. A sweater or jacket for the outdoor activities is advisable. For most of the activities, casual dress is appropriate. The reception on Saturday evening is semi-formal.

What is the cost to attend the weekend?
Costs for events vary. Please check back when registration opens for full price descriptions.

Can I bring a guest/spouse?
Alumni are welcome to bring a guest or spouse to celebrate. Please be sure to register your guest, as well as yourself, online. Current students cannot bring guests.

Can you accommodate special needs?
Those with special needs are encouraged to attend and all possible accomodations will be made for you, our guests. Please inform the Alumni Office of any dietary restrictions or special needs at 860.768.2400 or alumni@hartford.edu. Transportation and Parking

Where can I park?
We recommend that you park in Lot B for the weekend, however you are welcome to park in any lot on campus. Please do not park in any "no parking" zones or handicap spots without proper certification. Download a printable campus map.

What if my plans change and I need to cancel my registration?
We understand that plans change. Should you need to change your registration, please contact the Alumni Office at 860.768.2400 or alumni@hartford.edu or DeLois Lindsey, assistant vice president for student development, Office of Multicultural Programs at 860.768.5135 or lindsey@hartford.edu Refunds will be available through Monday, Sept. 1. After this date, no refunds will no longer be provided.
