Are You a Legacy?
Legacys are students and alumni who have family members who are graduates of the University of Hartford. Family could be grandparents, parents, siblings, cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, or uncles– a relationship that deserves special recognition.
The University of Hartford Alumni Association has established a new tradition which takes place at both the Fall and Spring Commencement Ceremonies. All legacy graduates are entitled to wear a special University of Hartford Legacy Medal along with their cap and gown.
